Virus Alert On the Task Bar

Good Evening ,


I got a big problem

A got a virus ALERT on my task bar and i cannot acces my control panel , neither my c drive and all my progams , and when i try to a run a installed progamm , the progam doesn't start .

PLease can you help with this ?

What happens when you try to run them?

Actually run this first:

Download EndItAll
Extract, then run Setup
Then run the EndItAll application
Then click on the skull heads

Then close EndItAll

Then continue over to Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions

when i click on a exe. file it doesn't open .

So you unzipped it, and it won't run? (The setup that is)

Ok try updating Windows Installer first: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...fc-5f56-4a38-b838-de776fd4138c&DisplayLang=en
Or Windows Installer fixer: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315346
Or even try Ending the process in Ctrl + Alt + Del (Task Manager)


To then run EndItAll
To then go to the removal guide
To then post your logs
To then remove the Alert issue
That wiggled and giggled inside her (no disregard this one )
