i am haveing problems with this damn virus... the problem is i cant get on the internet on the computer... it goes haywire.. i had to use a friends computer to post this message... if there is anybody who can tell me how to delete this virus without having to dl anything or go on the internet.. that would be Awesome

Read the Viruses, Spyware, Malware preliminary removal instructions and follow the instructions exactly. I'd install the programs by burning them to a disk on the same computer you posted this message with and then installing them on your computer using the disk. Then post HijackThis and AVG Antivirus logs as attachments into this thread.

Before deciding what you want to do, please read this thread HERE.

I take it you read the thread I linked to and decided you want to clean your system?

If so, please do the following.

Download the Pocket Killbox programme from HERE. Extract it but don`t run it yet.

You might want to copy and paste these instructions into a notepad file. Then you can have the file open in safe mode, so you can follow the instructions easier.

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how HERE.

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE.

Click start/run and type services.msc into the run box and press the enter key.

When the window appears, maximise it. Double click on the following services(if there) and select stop if they are running. Set the startup type to disabled. Click apply/ok for each service you disable.

Microsoft Star Window Service
WIN prosessor16
mlibsysmc

Close the services window.

Open your task manager, by holding down the ctrl and alt keys and pressing the delete key.

Click on the processes tab and end process for(if there).

trtcpyabhgs.exe
secxlwao.exe
mmopcvm.exe
svcshoter.exe<Not to be confused with svchost.exe which is legit.

Close task manager.

Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3FD6B99C-A275-46ea-8FD1-3D63986E51E4} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\dwqihatm.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [WIN prosessor16] trtcpyabhgs.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [mlibsysmc] secxlwao.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [hmodslbm] C:\WINDOWS\system32\mmopcvm.exe

O11 - Options group: [JAVA_IBM] Java (IBM)

O20 - Winlogon Notify: rpcc - C:\WINDOWS\System32\rpcc.dll

O23 - Service: Microsoft Star Window Service - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\dllcache\svcshoter.exe (file missing)

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Locate and delete the following bold files and/or directories(if there).

C:\WINDOWS\System32\dllcache\svcshoter.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mmopcvm.exe
trtcpyabhgs.exe<Search your system for this file and delete all instances found.
secxlwao.exe
<Search your system for this file and delete all instances found.

Run the killbox.exe file. When it loads type the full path to the file you would like to delete in the field and check the delete file on reboot button. press the Delete File button (looks like a red circle with a white X). It will prompt you to reboot, select no until you have finished inputting the files you want to delete, only then allow it to reboot and hopefully your files will now be deleted. If your computer doesn`t automatically restart, restart it manually.

These are the filepaths you need to enter into killbox.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\rpcc.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\dwqihatm.dll

Once your system has rebooted, rehide your protected OS files.

Post a fresh HJT log and let me know how your system is running.

followed all the instructions but i am still having troubles when windows normaly. The icons for killbox, look2me, analyze(hijackthis), avg, ad-aware and vundofix are all shown as white and blue boxes. When i click on then they show this message:

Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

Im the administrator so i see no reason why i shouldnt be able to access these files. i am able to in safe mode but not in normal mode

I need to see a fresh HJT log.

Have HJT fix this inactive entry.

O20 - Winlogon Notify: rpcc - C:\WINDOWS\System32\rpcc.dll (file missing)

Other than that, your HJT log appears to be clean. However, as you said it is from safe mode, so you still might have something nasty on your system.

We need to see if we can get your system to operate in normal mode.

Try running a Windows repair as per this thread HERE.

Please let us know the results.
