Webroot problem

In december I purchased 3 gateway netbooks for my kids and wife @ best buy and was sold Webroot spy sweeper with antivirus. I installed it on 2 of the netbooks with sucess however my daughters installs but comes up with a shield in the icon and will not work. It keeps coming up system incompatible. I have unloaded and reinstalled 3 times no difference. HELP

What OS are you using? Uninstall Webroot if it's still in your system and use Avira Antivir instead
