What is wrong with my task manager?

Everytime I try to open my task manager only this box shows up.
Does anyone know whats wrong?

no, but from the looks of that tiny thumbnail it's only displaying network activity. i think task manager is only one file though so if you could copy it from another computer that might fix it. haven't really seen anything like that... have you tried running the program from the folder instead of ctrl+alt+delete?

If you double click on it again the border will go, double click again and it will come back

It seems to have confused many Users over the years, that and the taskbar being dragged to the right side, seem to be quite common
