Which GPU should I get for my Ryzen 5 1400

So I'm building a new budget pc and I've got the following parts:

Cpu: Ryzen 5 1400
Motherboard: ASRock ab350 m Pro4 AMD MicroATX AM4
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws 4 series ddr4 8gb (2x4gb)
PSU: G7 680W ATX PC Power Supply

I am in need of an affordable GPU that would preferably run newer games such as PUBG, GTA V, Battlefield 1 etc. on around 60 fps at high settings. I'd like to know what is compatible and worth to buy.

Another question I'd like to ask, with all the parts provided above, would I temporarily be able to use my old Geforce GT 630 with the motherboard, baring in mind I don't care about the performance of this temporary solution while I get a new GPU.

First of all, the good news is that according to benchmarks, Ryzen 5 1400 won't bottleneck those games so hard that they won't pass 60 fps.

2nd, I'm not RAM expert, so I really don't know whether or not 8 gigs of RAM would be enough in your case, if you want to play these specific games without problems, since I've heard a lot that for AAA games, 16 gigs of RAM is pretty much a minimum, that you should have right now.

However, eSport titles should do just fine with 8 gigs of RAM.

3rd, it leaves us to the GPU choice. Since you claimed that it will be a budget PC, we must pick the first best option to pass those 60 fps on high settings.

I suppose some people may disagree with me, but if you truly want to game on 60+ FPS on these AAA games (without tweaking your settings and reducing quality), then in my honest opinion, the absolute lowest you can go in terms of GPU is GTX 1060.

GTX 1050 TI, won't do it. People may disagree, but it's a fact. Unless you disable some texture enhancing features or reduce quality, 1050 TI won't be able to pass 60+ FPS on these AAA games.

Now, returning to RAM question. Maybe someone else can give you better advice in this matter. All I know is that for modern AAA games and upcoming ones in the nearest future, 16 gigs of RAM is A MUST. (32 gigs is overkill though and not required if you are not doing some virtualization stuff or more in-depth designing), while 8 gigs of RAM will do just fine on eSport titles, like Dota 2, CS:GO, League of Legends, Overwatch etc.

Yes you can use your GT630 depending on which brand it is, you will be running low or medium-high settings depending on the game.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 needs a good chunk of video memory with a good cpu to play pretty well.
The ram though I don't suggest you do 2 x 4gb pick up 1 x 8gb of memory then when chrismas comes add another for 16gb.
Windows 8 and specifically windows 10 will love having 16gb of ram to utilize it'll help the cpu from being bogged down with tasks from other apps.

74.99 and yes its compatible with your new asrock you want.
I agree with magnum on somethings but the 1050 gtx not worthy for gaming I don't suggest that.

This a super clock version of 1050ti it will handle any games you throw at it.
I suggest zotac gtx cards this one here will 225 for 3gb or 300 dollars max for 6gb which is pretty sweet.
If you want that card start making plans to buy it after christmas or in early janurary of 2018.

Lastly the psu you picked is a hit and miss and the ratings and history on it isn't that great.

This one will do for your whole system parts, if the price is abit too steep choose the bronze 600watts which will still do.
So based on everything you picked out its not bad for beginner but look over the parts I recommended before buying.

It depends on what you consider "affordable." your 8 gigs of ram is fine for gaming. I have 8 gigs with no issues. if 300 or so is in your "affordable" range id snag an rx580. also PUBG won't be a game you can run at max settings without a beast card. it's badly optimized so I've heard

I personally play pubg with my system (i3 6100, rx 480 4gb, 8gb ram). What I've noticed is that I'm held back by my cpu by a ton (2 cores, 4 threads) and that when I play pubg my ram usage goes up almost to 8gb. If you want to play pubg on high, then you'll want to get a gtx 1060 (3gb/6gb shouldn't make too much of a difference)

You can't play pubg with a 1060 on all ultra @ locked 60. But you can get close to that with the 6gb. With the 3gb 1060 you have to lower textures
