Wifi troubles

So we just recently had our house resided with metal siding. My wifi is a bit slower since. I have the router by the window and also a wifi range exstender and it still buffers videos even on fb. What can I do to fix it. Also I have 2 smart phones, iPad, laptop and Kindle all with wifi. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Try placing the router high up on a central wall of your home...
