It was pointed out to me recently in the tech support forum that I've never updated windows. I tried going to Control Panel > Windows Update, and the box came up but would not load. It just stayed there transparent, with the little loading circle spinning and spinning. I had to use control panel to make it stop.
Any ideas on how to get Windows Update to work?
