blue screen again

Garrr... I'm getting extremely irritated with my this new system. It has been blue screening since day 1, which is last sunday. Someone help. Here is the first dump file for today, since I sent my geforce 8800GTX for RMA and I got a ATI x300 on loan.

Help me with this dump file.

Google memtest86+ and test your RAM. Or, if you have more than 1 stick of RAM, only run with 1 at a time to try and isolate a bad stick.

Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiRemovePageByColor+66 ) <-- Symptom of faulty RAM.

OMG! I can't believe it.... RAM faulty... man! First my graphic card, now my ram... they are all new....
