I have a couple users that are getting BSOD and no dumps..

I have checked all the following:

Made sure Minidumps are active
page file is on the C:\
No Reboot
XP Pro Sp3

BSOD Messages:

1.
Stop: 0x00000077 (0xc00000b5, 0xc00000b5, 0x00000000, 0x01754000)
kernel_stack_inpage_error

2.
Stop: 0x000000f4 (0x00000003, 0x85d2cda0, 0x85d2cf14, 0x805d297c)

I have two users that this is happening with a Dell E6500.

There also are NO entries in the Event Viewer to even show that the computer shut down unexpectedly...

I have been looking for some monitoring software that maybe I could capture info and when the computer BSOD's, I would have something to look at..

Thanks

Good luck. Reliable captures are rare to non-existent.
A digital camera can sometimes catch error reports before they fall away.
You can tell a lot by looking at the processes reports.

Stop: 0x00000077 (0xc00000b5,...0x01754000) is a fairly common Windows error.

It is most often caused by missing system files, wrong system settings, device install issues, or corrupted registries. You might try running some registry scans to look for registry problems.

Often a registry scan will give you the clues you need to easily patch out the problem... We sometimes use as many as three different scans to get a handle on the problem. Avoid the paid ones if you can...
