BSOD Error, help read minidump

Hi,

I always got bsod error
and now I have 108 minidump.
I already did memtest and there's no failure,
everything seems fine.

Can you please help me read this minidump?
And tell me what's wrong with my pc.
I'm suspecting a failure in modem harware.
But i've test my modem with laptop,
and it works fine.
