Inactive C:\Windows\assembly\GAC\Desktop.ini - McAfee Can't Clean

Can someone please assist me with this issue? No removal software has been used yet other than the detection software attempt to clean it which failed.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware was already installed on the computer.
The database is 82 days out of date.
When it trys to update it fails to connect to the server.
 
Upon further review, I think we are going to reformat the computer. You can close this tread. If I need more help I'll let you know. Until then thanks for you support.
