She had very occasional rallies in high school gyms or small union halls they couldn't fill unless they bussed in people. It was clear all year who had the most support. Good point about her's being 'fundraisers'. Trump put in the hard work, day after day, and it paid off. How's that for showing how a strong work ethic gets you ahead.

The problem ultimately is, America has been intentionally made more dependent on other countries. There's nothing wrong with capitalism or free trade. Both help to create opportunity and lift people out of poverty. Crony Capitalism, however reduces opportunity, and taxes - which puts people back into poverty.

China has more than enough opportunity to develop its region. Thing is, China and India's labor are cheap because of the plethora of low-skilled labor.

America has let these other countries take its factories which has destroyed the low-end labor market. Forcing people to go to college with loans in order to get an intermediate or higher-level career only puts people into debt and causes them to start their adult working life in the negative asset bracket. That's ridiculous.

I want everyone here to understand: I've lived in China. I've seen their market up close. This is not something I don't understand.

American businesses, the real "America" that Trump represents, have sought business in China because it is cheaper to make almost everything there. In other words, the almighty pursuit of $$$$ has driven business there and nothing else.

For example, the US has a trove of rare earth elements right here in California. Why don't we use them? Because the Chinese have made their trove of rare earth elements artificially cheaper and, therefore, businesses that depend on those have chosen to buy from China rather than refuse to support China and its policies by buying those same rare earth elements from California, and, instead, support the US and its workforce.

If there is any dependency on China it is because business has chosen that path, and now everyone is crying over the fact that business chose that path. In choosing such a path, one will not find dependency.

Thinking it is anything else than that is the fantasy that Humpty Trumpty wants you to believe. The real drivers are the Chinese artificially devaluing their currency along side big business interests in Washington making tax laws that reward businesses for giving their jobs to foreign countries. If Humpty Trumpty is able to change those tax laws such that they favor American jobs, that will be a start to bringing jobs back to America as I see it.

However, my bet is that he will raise his middle finger to the rural America that elected him, maintain status quo - like any other Washington insider, and implement "feel good" projects that will do nothing for the country such as building that fence and prosecuting HRC. Strategies like this are the tried and true purview of illusionists.

We had mostly American labor decades ago. Then the Japanese undercut us. Then the Japanese workers "unionized". Now the Japanese have to have their products made off island, because Japanese labor costs too much. Their stuff was junk when they first started out on their "industrial revolution". Now things made on the Japanese mainland are some of the finest in the world.The price shock wave is simply traveling to poorer and poorer countries, because rich country's citizens have gotten used to having more and more of everything, erstwhile, not wanting to pay a lot for it.

Americans are greedy. We have way more toys than we did when most things were made here.

And when you hear some windbag going of about how, "the only real quality is in American goods". Always keep in mind, pride in craftsmanship doesn't necessarily coincide with the size of one's paycheck. In fact, sometimes it's just the opposite.

So, fire up those presses at the US Mint. Your dollar will be worth 90 cents next year, 80 cents the year after that. The real joke is, it's worth about 35 cents, from when I was 20...
