Computer buying - AMD Sempron 2800+ ??? Whats it like?

Hi everyone...

Im helping my sister buy a comptuer and have seen one running AMD Sempron 2800+..... Just wondering if anyone knows if its any good, as i know virtually nothing about AMD... She'll not put the computer through too much, maybe a game or to but thats about it....will it support just some standard use well???
