I know this error is really hard to analyse. I do know it's a hardware-related problem but I don't know with what it could be related. The first time I had this error was when playing counter-strike source, the second time aswell and then it started occuring at almost every bootup when just logged in. So I just think my GPU gave up on me and has an uncorrectable hardware error.
This is why I think the best option would be to buy a new GPU.
