Damaged or missing files

Hi,
After several bouts with various adware and trojans I ended up deleting some files. Now I keep getting notices on start up regarding "D0CE0C16B1" and "AUNPS2.DLL" I have downloaded the "Hijakthis", runit and here it is a file of the scan for your review. How can I restor or at least get rid of these notices?

Do NOT post any Word doc-files. Too risky for viruses!
Use a .txt instead, as mentioned in the above post.
