Dell Optiplex GX1 problem

I am unable to open Microsoft Outlook (probable hard drive problem - I keep getting the message that the program is not responding). My question: Is there a way to retrieve data from the system, such as contact list, calendar, and e-mails (inbox, sent items, draft, etc.)? I'd like to copy this data onto another computer with a USB flash drive.
