I really don't know if Musk would agree to have his satellites used against adversaries in this scenario. He doesn't seem to have any ideology at all. Trump might be an ***** but at least he identifies as a patriot.

If you categorize, "depriving the poor of food" as blackmail to push through eliminating the affordable care act, as "patriotism", then sure, he's "one for all, and. all for himself". You left out, "he identifies >>himself << as a patriot"

By your definition of "patriotism", Marie Antoinette would have been, "the people's queen".

His latest tantrum was threatening to place more massive tariffs on Pakistan, "within 24 hours". The very next day, Putin and Ping showed up to declare, "Pakistan is a sovereign nation, and can trade with anyone it chooses". Pretty much indicating they were willing to "take up the slack" of any trade loss with the US.

I believe much of our generic medicines are made by either India or Pakistan. So, so much for his claims of, "reducing prescription costs by a thousand percent", or some other equally absurd number.

What he's doing is converting the US from, "the leader of the free world", to an international pariah.

Sociology 101 tells us that money and power are not the end game, it all leads to the ultimate goal of "prestige". Musk's idea of prestige is to be a world controller.

I keep getting utterly bizarre justifications and rationalizations for musk's behavior.
The "mini sub" debacle is one example. Musk called the dive teacher, a "pedophile". Then, what I get back is, "the dive teacher said horrible things to him before he came", as an excuse". Musk was told before he torched up a single engine on one of his Gulf Stream's, that the damned thing wasn't needed and wouldn't f***ing work. So he goes anyway for the photo op to show off his new toy. From the jump he imagined he knew more than the professional spelunker that did it for his living. So, musk goes off and calls him a "pedo", instead of admitting he was wrong. He's invasive, obtrusive, and obnoxious.

Hey, we can't even call each other names in this forum, let alone on the world stage. Only those Siamese twin sisters are allowed that, "privilege".

Glaring hypocrisy: In much of the world bigamy is a crime. In the Arab world, typically only the sultan is allowed as many wives as he desires. So, what does musk do? He has ten baby mamas and advertises it. I'd call that overtly declaring himself a, "sultan by proxy".
