My Foxcon Winfast K7S741MG Mobo wont boot. I installed the new motherboard and dont get anything at all. The powersupply works fine. I need to know what to do. When replacing a mobo does it boot from the CD-ROM, or the floppy drive or the H.D. I think that I should be seeing the BIOS informaton/screen first should't I???

first check the bios and see if its reconizing your devices
you mentioned it was a replacement board
were you aware that you might have to reinstall the operating system?
