Systems out of the box, they need to have all the updates. Once the updates are loaded you need to clean the system. Scan for spyware or rogue cookies etc. Then clean RAM , they clean the system. Then you test Windows 10. You didn't say which version of 10 Home or Pro. Pro seems lighter that Home.

But your test are find but most of us here just want to see how fast the each OS would be in loading common things like MS Office , Their favorite web site Tech Spot. Game loading varies with each system. HDD reads and writes can slow down if you don't Defrag it. I won't test anything until the system is clean. out of the box.
