I'm not at all saying that no one has issues, I'm just saying that those issues are not nearly as widespread as some of these clickbait articles would have you believe. You have had no issues so no one else has had issues.

Actually, the system I experienced it on was an AMDx64 A10-7850.This is related to i386 systems (32bit), as far as I can tell from various media sources, AMD64x systems (64bit), are not affected!
And you're surprised by this how?Me too. Once again we have an article with a sensational headline all for the clicks. Because you know, we have to have the clickbait to rile up the haters and trolls.
Did you search for the issue? If not, well, that is not much of a sample size.I'm not at all saying that no one has issues, I'm just saying that those issues are not nearly as widespread as some of these clickbait articles would have you believe.
IMO, this is a bogus argument. I have been running openSuSE on other machines and have had nowhere near the problems that I have had with updates on some of my Windohs 10 PCs. openSuSE is an open-source project, too. I think it is quite laughable that an open-source Linux distro and its updates is arguably more stable than Windohs 10 from M$.Lol when you have as much code as software like the windows operating system has, there are always going to be bugs, that's just a fact. Software development is like that, so I'm just saying that your facepalm star trek meme is not really necessary IMO.
Doesn't effect me, because I know where I put ALL my files. I never use search at all. This problem doesn't affect me as I don't use and indeed disable(delete) Cortana
You must not have all that many files. And what do you do when you need to go looking for something you don't know the location of?Doesn't effect me, because I know where I put ALL my files. I never use search at all.
I got a bigger problem with windows 10...
Sometimes when im watching a youtube video, the pc restarts and sometimes enters a boot loop
That didnt use to happen in windows 7
I defaulted my monitor to 72 hz and changed each one to the correct refresh rate, I still had the same problemSame thing happened to my home and my work computers. Turns out the updated defaulted all displays to 59HRz refresh rate. I changed each one to correct refresh in display settings and have had no further problems.
I've only 4TB within 14K folders and 166K files. I'd wager that is more than most, but definitely not the most. You don't need search, when the folder structure gives hints as to where to go.You must not have all that many files.
EClyde was being sarcastic. He is a resident member that has been in many Windows 10 topics. I am assuming you may know this and being sarcastic as well.right after win 8
No problems here.....
I'm running Windows XP-SP2 without any Microsoft updates on the Internet without any issues
No Malware, No Crashes, and everything works every time I use it
Sure, if I were to listen to Microsoft, EVERYTHING would be perpetually broken and I would be on an endless treadmill to nowhere........just like YOU!
If I need 64 bit programs......well...
I'm still on day 1 of the 90 day trial for Windows 8.1 Enterprise after nearly 10 years of use and that works far better than Windows 10

Did you use the POSready 2009 registry trick to update windows xp?
If Windows 10 is as bad as everything says it is we'd be having article after article after article every day of the week, non-stop from morning to night. These issues are very isolated issues or again, as I said before, we'd be having far more people complaining. You'd be seeing it on the front page of every technology web site you can possibly think of from morning to night. You wouldn't be able to escape the coverage of the issues since every day it would be right there on the front page. Microsoft would be the topic from morning to night, every day of the week.
I contribute all of the hate about Windows 10 to just plain trolls and haters because haters are going to hate. The minority often screams with the loudest voices. Meanwhile, the vast majority of people have no issues at all (including myself).
I hope Linux Lemmings have fun with thier VERY limited penguin, HahaaaGreatest. OS. Ever. ?
lol
I hope the Win10 lemmings are having fun.
