Monitor Does Not Receive Signal After Display Driver Is Installed

  1. Hi, here's my situation. My system used to crash randomly after installing display driver. It used to display Grey Screen Of Death (GSOD), here is the image

But now from last 4 to 5 days, after “windows is starting” animation, the screen displays “no signal” dialog box and the led power light turns to orange. Now I'm unable to get into the windows.

Although, If I boot in safe mode I can use the device manager to uninstall the AMD 7800 driver which replaces it with the stock "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" drivers, then reboot in normal mode and everything works.

    I tried:
    Installing fresh Windows 7 twice
Re-installing different versions of catalyst like 12.11 and 13.4
Updating the BIOS and Downgrading the BIOS
Loading Default BIOS Settings, Changing the cables (Right Now Using DVI to HDMI, also tried VGA to VGA)
Replacing the RAMS one by one
    Memory Checks with no errors
Placing the Card in different PCI slots
Disconnecting harddrives and installing windows in both harddrives, just to check the drives seperately
Installing Chipset and updating the drivers.
    Disabled Startup services using msconfig.msc

But Still no luck. Please help me out this, Thanks

After getting frustrated I RMA the card and the black screen issue was due to bad hdmi cable.
