Reading .dmp files

Hi all,
Had problems with two laptops crashing spontaneously, swapped out hardware, reset to factory defaults etc. Have looked at event viewer and get a 102 error, also dump files generated. Have read MS articles on opening and reading .dmp files. Didnt seem to get on very well and was hoping either someone could take a look at the files or maybe point me in another direction as to how to solve my problem. thanks

Post some minidump files. You can attach 5 at a time in dmp file format.

One of the dumps has a heap of memory errors (683). Redo the pagefile. Instructions (bottom half of page). Run Chkdsk /r before rebooting.
