Ryzen 5 3600 vs. Ryzen 9 3900X vs. Core i9-9900K: GPU Scaling Benchmark

Hi, have you checked techpowerup's recent CPU reviews? They have summary Game Tests sections for the more popular resolutions using a 2080 Ti. Then you can use Steve's data to draw your own conclusions depending on your GPU.
Unfortunately that's not the same as running an RTX 2070 regular, with the 3600/3600X at 1080/1440.
Those are different class of cards and will have different margins of performance increase at different resolutions.
I want the numbers for a 3600 w/RTX 2070 vanilla @1440P!

Probably not much, as with a 2070 you're still going to be GPU-limited in most new games at 1440p.
Probably not much isn't a number.
I'd like to know the difference BC I have this graphics card and the 1700 at the moment.
If bottom ends come up for framerates high enough to help with big drops in certain games then it's worth it.

Somehow im now at trying out r5 3600x 16gb 3200 (3800) ram and a FE gtx 1080 ti. fps are capped on some benchmarks games. but runs game like fallout 4 just like a i5 9600-i7-9700 speed. that should be made that extra pcie 4.0 can run better at 8 gb versions but gtx series are still strong. im om a rtx 2070 on a nother computer x7740 with 16 gb ram. (pci lanes restricted) (11 or 24) gigbyte x299 ud4-ce mb o.c I can upgrede to higer cpu gpu and more ram. but it is exspensive to doo so. lga 2066 and lga 1151 are still good MB rds (intel)
am4 are somehow nice too try out (since it has new pcie 4.0 inside. ssd pcie disks (into the future there will come more support).

gpdr linked https://www.wireless1.com.au/asus-prime-x570-p-csm-amd-am4-atx-motherboard download pdf and whats for pin and 8 pin supply connections.

so waiting for next gen gpu ram would be a nice try out. prime x370 and z 390 has enough power to run. now at asus prime x570-p bios version 2005 (1005) and only 2x 8 pin. (risking that it overheat witouth 12v pin 4 pin I dont know ??!!

If I put in a pcie 4 8gb 5700 xt would the no pin of 4 pin on motherboard give less power or just burn up cpu gpu everything. it runs fine on 2x 4x4 pin on a 750-850w power supply.)

Well, lucky for you the 2070 super and 5700xt are up there, so put your 2070 howeve rmany percetage points slower it normally is based on 2070 super revies, and BAMN, you have your data.

You're welcome.
