turning on remote access through registry editor

I got XP home edition installed on my hard drive, I know there are many easy ways to turn on remote access, but is it possible through registry editor???
If yes can you give me an idea how???

I never tried it through regedit, and I would never go that route. Just go to Control Panel/System/ and click on the Remote tab, and check the allow remote access. Don't mess with your registry unless you really have to, is my suggestion.

i know but i want to turn on remote access by connecting that hard drive as a secondary to other computer.
