Upgrade Power Supply on Sony PCV-RS410

My Current Power supply is a 180 watt unit. I really need to bring the power up to a minimum of 400 Watts. Any suggestions that will fit my case? I have upgraded the Video card to 256MB ATI and I have dual dvd burners and 2 hard drives. one is the standard and I added a 300 Gig secondary. I am afraid with all of the additions, I will burn up the Power Supply.

Maybe 400 Watts will be little. Buy a 550 W or higher power supply.
