Window Web Access updater has stopped working popup

Hi All,
Shortly after a windows update completed I started getting a continuous popup, there is very little information on how to correct this. I did a full virus removal described in the virus and malware removal forum. This did not correct the issue, also worth noting since this problem started I also get a EmpInv.txt log that opens up on restart of PC. Below is the info from the popup window.

First, this is NOT a program from Microsoft, so it's not necessary and can be uninstalled.
