Battery Life

Inside the LG G5 is a 10.8 Wh (2,800 mAh at 3.85V) removable lithium-ion battery, which is a slight reduction in capacity over the 11.55 Wh (3,000 mAh) battery we saw in the LG G4. In my opinion any reduction in battery size is a disappointment, although the efficiency improvements of the Snapdragon 820 have the opportunity to offset the difference in rated capacity.

The G5 includes Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 over USB Type-C, which makes this phone charge extremely quickly as you'll note from the charts above. However there is no wireless charging, which is disappointing considering the G4 supported Qi charging through a case.
