Building AMD sys, no beep no post

I am trying to build AMD system with following parts
Athlone 64 754 3000+,
GA-K8U Ulim1689 motherboard,
pc3200 512mb ram
gforce fx 5500 AGP,
new psu.

I fixed all parts connect hard drive, monitor and turn on
there was no beep, monitor is blank but both lights on front of case r on
little LED on motherboard is on, all fans(psu, hitsink, graphic card) r on
i can hear the hard drive spnning.
i disconnect and reconnect all parts several times.
i try to boot from cddrive but same thing
i have 2 agp cards and i try with both noothing come up on monitor

Try clearing the cmos! Your mobo manual will tell you how!!!!

also ensure your BIOS is up to date for your CPU type.

also install one video card at a time.

I did clear cmos and using one agp at a time.
Is there anything wrong with mohterboard or processor
how to test it , i dont have any other amd system

One wont work without the other, so there is no way of testing either without a spare of the other!!!!
