DELL inspiron 4150 bios password removal

I just bought a dell inspiron 4150 with service taq F4TNV11 in not working condition from ebay, but I already fix the mainboard but there is password on the bios, and after I did a lot of research I found that the dell 4150 didn't use the 24c04 chip but 24U04 chip, the problem is I couldn't find out the data sheet of this pin layout, does anybody know which pin from this chip that need to short each other? OR I am wrong with the the chip?
is anybody can give me a full description about this?
Thanks.

Just to let you guys know.

I`ve been in contact with rustam_ and he has informed me, that due to ill health he won`t be posting on these boards anytime soon.

I am new in this community and don’t understand very much about pc. I have heard that you are the “headmaster” in here. Silly silly me bought a laptop second hand Dell Latitude c610 from a newspaper add. I paid the laptop in advance and when I received the laptop it bios protected. OK. It is probably not a very fancy laptop but I don’t much money because I am sick and not working. There for this humble mail to you.

Can you help me:

I know this has been covered but I need a little more clarity. I have a Dell Inspiron 1150 and I read the post from paragon 33 on how he removed the password however I can't find the chip location of the 24lc16b chip he sited. Paragon if you are out there can you direct me as to the actual location of the chip. I have virtually taken the laptop apart to the mb and I can't find the chip. can anyone help?

it is stated several times on this forum that the method which you describe will NOT work except several older model lattitudes i think it was.
