Dell BIOS password removal

For the New Models you all can ask Razik. He is a fine guy and its not expencive. For 50 Dollars he can unlock every new model by service tag.
Thats only a TIP. Worked fine for my Dell D620. I gave him the service tag. After a week i got my password. So thanks again Razik.

Good luck with your laptops guys!

razzik is a thief and a fraud! I paid him 50 euros for a d620 password. He said 24 hours and it has been over a week! He no longer responds to my emails so I have had no choice but to open a dispute with paypal!

He also doesn't have a generator but rings Dell up and trys to get the passwords from them.

I got a DELL D610 Latitude. I opened it up, I am looking at the pins but I have no idea what one's I short out.. I looked at the pictures but they are not very clear. Someome show me which pins I short out. Can I get some pictures or something? Thanks

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/t.grimley/mywebsite/LatD610.jpg. I looked in that little box (3rd box) I see 4 pins in a row... do I short out all or 2 or 1? I have no idea. Dell D610 Latitude. I need more pictures/information if anyone has..

The chip has 8 pins , 4 either side , you short pins 3 and 5 usually although it varies, the site shows a picture of the chip and its pin association.

As for Razik, the guy has had a few problems with his paypal account and is trying to get through the back log of requests and payments as far as I know, I will however ask him what is happening and post a reply here shortly.

Regards

okay so im very curious now. I've been doing research on the net about the inspirion 6400, it seems like this is one of the few models everyone is having trouble with. I basically tried everything possible to crack this password. Has anybody successfully cracked tthe bios password with a 6400 bios inspirion. I was drunk on the weekend and for some *****ic reason i set a admin password drunk and now i cant remember it. How pathetic i know. All you guys are probably laughing at me but now i don't know what to do and i'm extremly close to throwing my laptop out the window...

help would be greatly apprecaited, i can be contacted at email removed

p.s. if i were to call dell and pose as the previous owner, what type of ownership questions would be asked? also, if i tried a ownership transfer, and had all the previous owner information, would they make a comformation call or a comformation email to confirm the new owner?

password

Dell will not help you and will ask you for things lke customer number, date of purchase, etc. you are not likely to have. They will not call or confirm you as the new owner. If you know the previous owner, have them do a Transfer of Ownership with Dell
When you say Admin Password, are you referring to the grey screen on boot type? Or are you referring to a ConfigureSetup Password that locks the BIOS Settings and will allow no changes to be made. The Former is the one that is giving everyone fits; the latter can be removed with software from here

i am referring to the grey screen yes. I think i set two passwords in the setup menu. im pretty sure i set the bios setting in which no changed can be made.

I'm kinda hesitant on transfering the ownership because the owner may have reported the item stolen and hence lead to a huge confusion which could tur out ugly.

it seems that absolutly no one can crack the inspirion 6400, shall i just sell it on ebay as is?

aod_miko, i can remove password from your dell.
but, of course not for free. since rustam gone, there's no free solution.

Hello folks,

I do IT for a medium-sized bank. I've got a D610 that belongs to the bank from a user that was fired, and he has set a BIOS password. Unfortunately, this laptop originally belonged to a bank that was acquired by this one, so Dell won't give me the password until the Transfer of Ownership completes, which is going to take a week or more. I'd like to get this machine up and running sooner, so I was wondering if you wizards could help me out. Here's the info:

FTNG091-595B

Thanks! -Grunj

EDIT: My Dell Gold account manager called back and got it straightened out, so they gave me the password today. An interesting note: they gave me a string to enter, then told me to hold CTRL and hit Enter twice. I saw a "Please wait...Checking" message, and the laptop rebooted and skipped the authentication screen. That little guy actually cleared the password completely, which I hadn't seen mentioned in this or the old thread during my skimming.

Lamo,

Could you generate master password based on my info? And how much for this?

Model: Inspiron E1505
Service Tag: G52K1D1
System: G52K1D1-595B

Thanks!

Razik,

Do you have master password generator for 595B system tag?

Thanks.

Razik (or anyone),

I am in need of a hdd master password for a hard that I removed from a system yesterday. A student gave me his Dell Inspiron 5150 with a dead mother board so I decided to use it for parts. I took the 80GB Samsung hard drive out to use in a modular bay that I have for my Inspiron 8200 but I ran into a problem. When I turn it on it comes up with the notorias white screen stating that "Hard-disk #02974******-595B, the system modular bay HDD, is protected by a password authentication system. You cannot access data on this hard-drive without the correct password". I have tried numerous passwords and boot disks (Linux, ERD, etc.) and can not get around it. I have googled my issue which has led me to this posting. Is there a universal password that you know, a back door, or something? I want to be able to use this 80GB hdd in my modular and do not care about what is currently on it.

Can anyone help me out?

Model: Dell Inspiron 5150
Service Tag: 5ST5T31
Express Service Code: 12625944445
Hard Drive: SAMSUNG MP0804H

Thanks in advance!

xtegb16x ... bro you need to calm down before you get banned man. Nothing or no one is worth the amount of expletives you have used, if you have a problem with someone or some people please try to keep it either to yourself or with the person/s that you have the problem with. Please try to refrain from blowing it out on the forums.
