That all ended when Biden took office, he once again put us all on the Middle East oil teet.

A simple google search shows that's wrong. We have been a net exporter of energy for years. Yes we do import energy but we export much more. We often export lower grade crude for other countries to deal with and import better crude from places like the middle east for our refineries just to save money and simplify refining but were not reliant on those countries yo meet our energy needs.

But they hate us!!! Why give money to countries that hate us? We give them money while they stab us in the back. It doesn't make sense! Sure, it might be easier and cheaper to refine but are we really going to exchange the cost of getting cheaper gas for countries that perform human rights violations?

We have the resources to be completely energy independent, but instead we prop up Middle Eastern dictators by giving them oil money. That really needs to stop already.

For being a country that believes in Democracy, we really do love propping up dictatorships in the Middle East.

As a neutral European outsider I can say with complete confidence that Donald Trump is an absoute deluded maniac with no interest in anybody but himself. How anybody can consider voting for such an obviously massively damaged, ludicrous, dangerous, criminal, bigotted, racist, sexist, narcissistic horror of a human being is utterly beyond me (and everybody else in the world outside the US). The only European who thinks he should be anywhere near the White House is Vladimir Putin who wants nothing more than a destabilised west which Trump ineveitably provides.

All that 'make America great again' nonsense is just a device to legitimise a blame everybody else for the problems culture and unfortunately the stupids lap it up. There's no point trying to reason with them, their minds are made up, so now its down a small minority who are inexplicably on the fence. The US used to be such an amazing place, everybody in Europe wanted to visit, now it's a freak-show.

Granted, Trump ain't much better but damn, Kamala's performance on Fox News was disgraceful and I'd be willing to put down good money that both Putin and Little Kimmy Rocket Boy were laughing their asses off.

Following this site for a long time. Still waiting for an apology. 9 years they went at Trump. I posted about the laptop and people still denied the truth. Take a look back 9+ years and look who ended up the crooked ones. The media and evil elites. Some of you have a memory of a goldfish. Blows my mind how some just don't get it. How much are you folks getting paid to post this article? Some still deny the truth and give a free pass on Biden, Soros, Obama, Jeffries, Pelosi, Hunter, Cuomo, Fema, Wray, Newsom, basically all Dems. So tired of this trash. There is seriously no good reason to support Biden or Harris. Every candidate has a pro or con, literally nothing good about Biden and Harris and Chinese perv liar Walz that is owned by Alex Soros. It didnt work in Europe. It wont work here. Violent people will simply find new ways to be violent. Also, it's part of the constitution. You cannot simply remove it because you dont like it. The Founding Fathers knew that many parts of the Constitution, like free speech, would be disliked by elites that wanted more power, and made those rights very hard to remove. Let's not even get into how many of these were obtained illegally, and thus wil continue to happen, because illegal is the key word there.

But dont worry, just insist the other person is unreasonable! It works on reddit, so it will work in real life right? Disarming oneself and limiting your right to speech has NEVER lead to tyrannical dictators, horrible quality of life, or objectionably horrific human rights violations right?

A bit off topic for a second, but it's ironic you wrote that.
Do you believe a person with authoritarian or dictatorial leanings will continue to allow the entire population to be armed? Because I'm pretty sure it has never worked out that way.
They always seem to come up with a reason to take away the weapons. "For their own good".

I guess that's the irony part in a way because the right has claimed that the left was going to take our guns away for almost 70 years and nothing has happened. At all.
But the right dusts that off every cycle and the rubes still believe it.

No, I dont believe they would allow it. Disarming a populace is step 1 in dictatorial control, step 2 is reducing or eliminating ease of movement (I.E. reducing or eliminating private transportation, requiring papers to go to other locations, ece).

Really? Nothing at all? The actions of blue voting states speak louder then any claims made about valuing rights. Blue states have, repeatedly, restricted access to personal firearms via any means necessary. Earlier this year, we had an enthusiast who was making his own revolver (a legal action and hobby as has been found by courts for over a century) be sentenced to prison by a judge who stated, in plain English, that "the second amendment does not exist in my courtroom". Since this is New York, there has been no progress in freeing him, despite no crime being committed.

Liberals who went to purchase firearms in the wake of the summer of love found a mountain of barriers to entry, many hilariously denied gun ownership legally because they were diagnosed as depressed or anxious, or had some sort of innocuous criminal record. They were in shock that they couldnt get guns, but the gangs downtown had an armory worth.

Ask anyone who was alive in the 70s. Access to weapons has been heavily restricted over the last 50 years with plenty of hoops and legal paperwork involved, on blue states anyway.

It gets dusted off because the courts keep denying the Left the ability to cripple or remove the 2nd amendment at the state level. Every year there's some state that finds a law unconstitutional.

Everything you just said is factually wrong. The US has orders of magnitude more gun related crimes than the UK, but the US also infact has substantially more knife related crimes.

Try looking up a single fact before you just vomit completely false BS onto the internet. I'm sure Google works as well for you as it does for me.
