Is there an action passed in those states that has not also been put in effect in red states?Really? Nothing at all? The actions of blue voting states speak louder then any claims made about valuing rights. Blue states have, repeatedly, restricted access to personal firearms via any means necessary.
Restricting bumps stocks, tougher screening and reduced clip sizes are all favored by a
majority in both red and blue states.
If you see nothing wrong with the manufacture of a homemade firearm I can't take you seriously.Earlier this year, we had an enthusiast who was making his own revolver (a legal action and hobby as has been found by courts for over a century) be sentenced to prison by a judge who stated, in plain English, that "the second amendment does not exist in my courtroom". Since this is New York, there has been no progress in freeing him, despite no crime being committed.
And a prejudiced judge is nothing new and it does not mean everyone agrees.
And I will just point you to Judge Aileen Cannon for one of the most *****ic rulings in the last century.
And those are the rules most people want to be enforced again.Liberals who went to purchase firearms in the wake of the summer of love found a mountain of barriers to entry, many hilariously denied gun ownership legally because they were diagnosed as depressed or anxious, or had some sort of innocuous criminal record.
But I live in Little Rock, and the deep south knows if depression and a criminal record were again a reason to deny gun ownership, they would have fewer guns than all of Europe.
Umm, no man. Unless the applicant has a history of dressing like a clown and climbing on top of a water tower to shoot at people with a ketchup gun.Ask anyone who was alive in the 70s. Access to weapons has been heavily restricted over the last 50 years with plenty of hoops and legal paperwork involved, on blue states anyway.
That is literally the definition of a fabrication. IE lies.It gets dusted off because the courts keep denying the Left the ability to cripple or remove the 2nd amendment at the state level. Every year there's some state that finds a law unconstitutional.
