Failing graphics

I'm guessing there is not much to do now except wait for death, I've tried updating my graphics drivers and everything is up to date. I have an Alienware 15 R2, with an Intel HD Graphics 530 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M installed. I've tried uninstalling them and reinstalling them as well but to no avail. I swear there are more of them everytime I look at it lol. Any ideas or is she dying? I wouldn't be surprised, considering the amount of beer I've spilled on her over the years. There are a lot more that the picture didn't capture, since the screenshot wouldn't show them.

If you’re feeling up to it, taking apart the laptop, removing the heatsinks, will permit you to apply some fresh thermal paste and clean out the fans. The issues you’re experiencing could be heat related, but blocks of odd pixels like that are a common symptom of failing memory chips on the graphics adapter.
