Dunno about other countries, but in Canada, both cards sell for $990 at Bestbuy.... and assuming the same price, the VII is a hard pass for any sane person.

Vega is for business machines. AMD is no longer selling business GPUs to Gamers, they designed a new gaming uarch called RDNA. Navi is as fast as Vega64 in games and is much more efficient design.
