Symantec Ghost - simplified instructions

Does anyone know where something like "Ghost for Dummies" is available - know there is such a book, but am looking for simplified instructions on how to use Ghost (ver. 8.0) ....... I can't seem to make heads of tails of the implementation or reference manual and consequently am getting nowhere fast. Am not an IT Professional, so that's half my problem.

No. I've seen the book, but didn't want to spend $30 on something that I wasn't sure was what I wanted. I'm just having a hard time understanding Ghost and can't seem to get it to connect to my pc over a network.
