Ok i need help getting a PSU now I've decided that since i'm getting a larger tax rebate i can splerge a bit and upgrade the PSU along with the GPU so here are the specs i have currently:

1. Motherboard - Asus P5K-E deluxe w/ Wi-Fi app

2. Graphic interface - PCI Express x16 x2 (one at x16 and one at either x1-x4)

3. Memory - 4GB Gskill ddr2 800

4. CPU - Intel Pentium D 925

5. CPU Speed - 3.0 GHz

and this is the GPU i'm planning on getting:

or this one here if i can find a good enough psu:

I'd like to get one that is will last for a while possibly a few GPU upgrades down the road if possible but also keep it under $100 Also i would like one that would be SLI or Crossfire compatable (more on the crossfire side since my board atm don't have sli compatability) I don't know much about PSUs so keep that in mind when explaining stuff (knows some tech jargen not much though)

Peace out!

I recommend this PSU. Enough power for two HD 4870s, should you ever want to go down that route, although you would need to change your motherboard for that since your current one does not support Crossfire.

your cpu will bottleneck the 4870 bad man think i would get a better cpu if ya could is your mb socket 775? might look into it c if ya can get a new cpu man will help alot.
