How does USB Lockit work?

When is locked I see '.USBLockit.ex'?
Do not delete the .USBLockit.ex file when the drive is locked. Deleting this file will result in losing your data.
The exe was deleted, how to unlock?
Download it to hard disk (C:) then press Win logo + R key and type C:\USBLockit X: (X: is the drive letter to unlock).
