Synthetic Performance

The ECS and MSI boards provided the best Povray results while the Asus and Gigabyte entries were slightly slower. Asrock came in last position but we should point out that there was a mere 3% performance discrepancy between the fastest and slowest motherboard here.

Again, the ECS P67H2-A2 gave the best show when testing with CINEBENCH R11.5. This was true for the OpenGL test anyway, where the ECS P67H2-A2 rendered 58fps making it slightly faster than the Gigabyte P67A-UD7. The Asus P8P67 Deluxe turned out to be the slowest with 56fps.

The WinRAR results are extremely close but Gigabyte's board fell to last while ECS remained on top. Like we said, the difference in speed is trivial. The multi-threading test saw just a 1.4% performance decrease when comparing the Gigabyte P67A-UD7 to the ECS P67H2-A2.
